Naturally fermented coconut sap vinegar. Raw, unfiltered, with mother. Mildly sweet, slightly cloudy. Use for cooking, dressings, and as a health tonic.

About our coconuts

Our coconut trees are part of the agroforestry system, grown without synthetic inputs, intercropped with food plants, and harvested by hand. Stock is limited by what the trees produce each month.
