Flow Forest Farm — Team Building
Corporate team building at a working regenerative farm. Real tasks, real outcomes, and a shared meal you cooked over a fire together.
Why the Farm Works
Most team building events are forgettable because they are designed to be safe. Plastic cones. Artificial problems. Manufactured wins.
A day at Flow Forest Farm gives your team real work on a living farm that has been growing for thirty years. You will plant something that will still be here in a decade. You will cook food that came from the ground you walked on. You will slow down enough to actually see each other.
That is not a metaphor for connection. It is connection.
The land does the heavy lifting. What You'll Do Together
Guided by farm supervisor Martin Dulang, your group works a real section of the farm. Planting, composting, harvesting, or soil preparation — depending on the season and what the land needs. The task is not symbolic. The farm keeps what you grow.
Hands-onYour team prepares a meal from ingredients sourced from the farm using open fire. No catering van. No prepped trays. You figure it out together. The meal is eaten together on the land you worked, which makes it taste better than any catered lunch.
Shared MealSmall group construction using materials available on the farm — bamboo, earth, palm fiber. Teams collaborate to build a structure that actually gets used. Design thinking, resource constraints, and the satisfaction of something standing when you leave.
Creative Problem-SolvingSeated in the shade of the food forest, Maya facilitates a closing circle. Not a debrief. Not a presentation. A conversation about what the day surfaced, what the land showed your team, and what that means for the work you do together back in the city.
Facilitated DialogueThe Difference
It is a working regenerative farm that has been healing a piece of hillside for thirty years. When your team comes here, they are guests in something real. That changes how they show up.
