What You'll Experience

One farm. Five hours. A different relationship with food.

Bird Watching

32 documented species. Maya or Martin leads. You bring patience and they'll bring you closer than you expect.

Food Forest Walk

Through the fruit tree zones — mangosteen, rambutan, avocado, bananas, lanzones — with the story of how each was planted and what it took to get here.

Soil Introduction

A hands-on look at what living soil actually looks like — and smells like. Most people have never held healthy dirt before.

Farm Tasting

Whatever is ripe and ready. The best produce is what you didn't plan to eat. No menu. Just the farm deciding what's good today.

Biodiversity Overview

The non-human residents: insects, birds, fungi, plants. Who lives here, what role they play, and why a farm without diversity isn't really a farm.

Farm Shop Visit

Before you leave, a walk through the farm shop. Most visitors leave with something they didn't expect to want.

Martin Dulang

Farm Supervisor

Martin has worked this farm longer than most visitors have been thinking about food systems. He knows every corner of the hillside and has a quiet way of pointing out what most people walk right past.
