Volunteer Application
Flow Forest Farm is looking for hands-on volunteers who want to slow down, learn, and contribute to a living permaculture farm.
About the Farm
Flow Forest Farm is five hectares of farm and forest land in the mountains of Davao City, where the Panigan and Tamugan rivers meet. Founded thirty years ago, it is a regenerative learning site dedicated to growing food, processing food, natural building, and connecting deeply with nature and community.
Volunteering here is not tourism. It is real, physical, meaningful work alongside a small community that lives by the land.
We are a certified Slow Food Farm and a working permaculture demonstration site. In exchange for your contribution of time and energy, the farm provides shared meals from the farm, accommodation on the mezzanine, hands-on learning, and participation in farm trainings and workshops.

Organic vegetable growing, seed saving, composting, tree planting, agroforestry.
Farm-to-table cooking, fermentation, drying, preserving, soap making.
Bamboo, wood, and earthen construction and repair.
